What is the RESET programme

RESET stands for Reprocessing Emotions and cognitions through Somatic and Environment Therapy. An evidence-based psychotherapy integrating somatic interventions the RESET programme is split into three elements, Mind, Body and Environment: therapy sessions, strength training, cold therapy, yoga and reconnection with nature and community through a programme delivered by the same team of professionals who know and care about you.
