We have partnered with the incredible Forward Carers to bring a range of fully funded programmes and activities to carers across the West Midlands. All services have been specifically designed to address the difficulties and challenges that carers frequently encounter.

10-week fully funded programme
Starting 7th February 2025 11:30am-2:30pm, RESET will be offering a NEW 10-week RESET programme free of charge, thanks to funding from Forward Carers.
What is the RESET model for Carers?
By taking part in the 10-week RESET programme designed for Carers, you will gain a greater understanding of your mind, body and environment.
You will learn how to identify your triggers, manage your thoughts, regulate your feelings and implement healthier coping strategies. The way we think affects our behaviours, and therefore our ability to achieve our goals. In this group, you will learn to shift your relationship with your mind, body and environment.
What does the 10-Week Programme Involve?
You will learn how to RESET your mind, body and environment.
RESET Mind
Transforming minds and lives! Master your mental and emotional realms. Uncover the impact of stress, grief and trauma on your mind.
RESET Body
Discover the profound link between mind and body via mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and yoga. Overcome negativity and anxiety.
RESET Community
Nature’s Wisdom: Cultivating Change and Community! Build resilience, community, and enduring well-being with Forward Carers.
The weekly sessions will cover:

When and Where?
The next programme is due to begin 07 February 2025 11:30am-2:30pm, where all sessions will be delivered hybrid, online and in-person. All sessions are held at The Birmingham Buddhist Centre.

1:1 fully funded counselling
Our free counselling sessions are designed to meet your specific needs and are available on a first-come, first-served basis (limited slots available). Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes, and we offer both in-person and virtual appointments for your convenience.

Carers are offered an initial 4 free counselling sessions, after which time there is an option to continue the work with our Forward Carers Package which offers a 30% discount for a further 6 weeks.
There is no obligation to continue beyond the initial free allocation, and the decision of whether to do so will be discussed towards the end of this initial period.
fully funded somatic sessions
Our free somatic sessions are subject to completion of a health questionnaire and are available on a first-come, first-served basis (limited slots available). Somatic sessions range from yoga to breathwork and we have options for all abilities.
